1 Who May Use bd88t

To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bd88t enforces a strict 21+ policy and may request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party or business entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or agent of bd88t or any affiliated business, nor a close family member of such a person.

2 Creating and Maintaining Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the bd88t Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to update that information promptly if it changes.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person.
• bd88t may, at its sole discretion, request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Payment Terms

All transactions on bd88t are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd88t supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and major Bangladeshi bank transfers. International cards including Visa and Mastercard are also accepted. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction fees are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. These amounts are subject to change with prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to fund the same account. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

4 Bonus Terms

• Colluding with other players, using external assistance software, automated betting systems, bots or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.

7 Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the bd88t Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and underlying code — is the property of bd88t or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written permission from bd88t.

• Game content displayed on the Platform, including game titles, graphics and audio, is owned by the respective game studios and providers (e.g. Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt) and is licensed to bd88t for display purposes only.
• The bd88t brand name, logo and domain (bd88t.app) are trademarks of the Operator. Unauthorized use of these marks in any context is prohibited.

8 Scope of Operator Liability

9 How We Update These Terms

bd88t may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes, bd88t will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account (such as a registered mobile number notification) at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting the bd88t support team.

10 Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction in which bd88t operates. In the event of any dispute between you and bd88t, you agree to first contact the bd88t customer support team to seek an informal resolution. bd88t will endeavour to resolve disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
